How to Improve Self-Esteem

Free Online Zoom Webinar

25th of October, Sunday | 18:00 – 19:00 CEST

In this interactive webinar we are going to discuss:

  • The pitfalls of low self-esteem
  • Where our self-esteem comes from
  • How to strengthen our self-esteem
  • At the end of the discussion questions & answers
The strength of our self-esteem echoes in many areas of life: our thoughts, feelings and of course also our behaviour – the choices we make and how we interact with others. In this Zoom session, we will discuss how we can recognize that we’re acting from a place of low self-esteem, like being easily offended, trying to avoid mistakes or being insecure about what to do.
Then we’ll dive into where our self-esteem comes from in the first place – why do some people feel insecure and others don’t? This will lead us to discuss the role of our past experiences and upbringing.
The third and most important step in this meeting will be to discuss how we can strengthen our self-esteem. We’ll cover different strategies and exercises you can apply to gain the inner security you feel is lacking. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!
